On a quest to try new pumpkin recipes and to fulfill my pumpkin consumption of 30 days I made a spread. I have seen various spreads and this one was based off of one I saw.
I used a spoonful of pumpkin (lol, I'm stretching again, huh?) And an oz of cream cheese. I blended them together although they didn't blend together as good as it would have if it was room temperature cream cheese.
However after being tested by the teen she says she would eat her toast with pumpkin spread as an option.
