Week 6 goals



  Week 6 goals are just to survive.  I have bad news, worse news and then some more unnecessary stressors so I'm going to just take a deep breath and


aim to finish the week surviving it.


  Not all weeks are perfect, nor will they all start out perfect or end perfect and I get that but????? Sometimes I just want to scream


There's more?

  We are in charge of our own destiny for the most part.  We are in the driver's seat in this game of life.


My goals this week in addition to surviving just because we like to over work our selves is:

1. Mealprep
2. Hydration (continued)
3. Finish book 4 start on 5
4. Engage with followers
5. Seek, research and pitch

  1. I really would like to meal prep for this week ahead! I want to finish the book I've started at the end of January and just generally remain positive.

  5. I can understand , many times things don't go the way we wish. Take a good shower and calm yourself. Things will be back on track soon! Survive this week nicely.

  6. I have weeks like that too. The good news is we're given new ones and along with them, a fresh start. A few of my goals for the week are working on a big paper I have coming due for a class I'm taking and going to hot yoga at least three times. x

  7. you will survive this week :) and yes you can scream out and loud ! my goals for this week is to write two pending articles and take some new pictures for insta, that beside house relation, work and kids plans

  8. I'm looking into pitching more as well! I also need to start meal prepping. I was very good about that for awhile, and then kind of got lazy!

  9. I'm sure you'll survive and at the end you are going to be actually very proud of yourself that you did. I like your goals, they are very grounded, and possible to fulfill so they will not add negativity to your already though week. I wish you all the best.

  11. My goal for this week has been trying to work on my time management. There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day to finish everything I need to get done and I often find myself laying in bed at the end of an already long day on my tablet, working instead of resting or even better sleeping😊

  12. I think to find a good pattern for blogging and marketing where I don't feel overwhelmed is important. Also, I think engaging more with followers is also an important one.

  13. Loved the meal prep idea. But this blogging ground is so full of things to do that one can always miss one or two everyday. I always disappointed with my pre-planned tasks because I never been able to do that.

  14. Dry focused goals! My goal this week is to find time to rest as I have a super busy week ahead and I guess to also get house chores done too haha.

  16. The meal prepping in advance has been a huge deal for me. I tend to prepare freezer meals and then cook them on my crock pot the next day. So far my meal prepping has allowed me to practically not purchase anything for about a month now for dinners. I plan my dinners to have leftovers to be packed as lunches the next day.

  19. My son has surgery this week so my goal is to meal prep and get the house in order so I can focus on him.

  20. I have just started meal prep and meal planning and it is making my busy life with four kids so much easier.

  22. This year I want to try and meal prep too! I usually just cook what I feel like the day of but I think meal prepping will help me with time management.
