Take Back Your Life (giveaway and review)

I don’t really understand myself, for I want to do what is right, but I don’t do it. Instead, I do what I hate. Romans 7:15 NLT

Hey, did you know God doesn't love you more or less based on the good or bad days you have? Im not sure if i really knew this or not. Maybe somedays i knew but, i think for the most part everyday that I was hard on myself i assumed he was disappointed in me as well. I never blamed him for my behavior, bad luck or poor judgments.
I couldn't get out of the slump either. Until i changed my lifestyle.

A lifestyle change is a slow process. I kept at it everyday slowly working on my change. I set goals for the present and future. I woke up everyday and kept the same routine. I went to work, took care of my family and went to bed. This was all i knew. I then was presented with the perfect book to review!
