Motivation Monday



  We all need a little motivation on Monday!  Regardless of that cup of coffee.


That long weekend!


Or if the kids actually slept in!


Take some time for you! 


Workout!


Paint your nails!


Grab a treat!


Catch a movie!


Or just take a walk!

Just do something for yourself.  It doesn't have to cost money it just needs to give you a break to unwind.  No thinking necessary.  You have 6 more days to do something.  Make it happen and then sit back and appreciate.

  1. It's definitely important to try and unwind, no matter the day. I always struggle on a Monday so I like to treat myself in some small way or another to help me get through it. These are great ideas. :) x

  8. Isn’t is crazy how just taking a walk can change your whole day? Painting your nails, too! Too bad that doesn’t double as exercise! Lol

  12. I have done most of these things, except catch a movie or watch the kids sleep in! It's so good to take it slow and relaxed after the holidays!

  13. Yes, doing some things for yourself is so important. Some days, nap times are for getting stuff done. Other days, I just shower or pee alone! lol

  19. It's one of the most important thing that we take out time for ourselves. Amidst the madness is f parenting and raising kids we forget ourselves. Loved reading the suggestions in your post.

  20. I love this! I definitely believe that taking time for yourself is very important, self care is truly important for everyday mental and physical health. I love to paint my nails or take a walk, or even just relaxing for a few minutes to provide myself with a break.
