It's OK (by me)

It's that time again. A time to reflect on what we did a little less then perfect but, who cares!  Shake it off! It's ok! I'm going to play along with airingmylaundry today as I tell you what items/events/activities are OK by me.

Check out her latest post here.

It's OK that I didn't hear my husband ask me 2 questions on Thursday while I watched the new season of Grey's Anatomy.  It was such a great episode and you wait so long for a new season.

It's OK that I actually didn't know who won the playoffs until Monday.  I don't want football regularly so I was a day behind.

It's OK that I haven't bought any Girl Scout cookies yet.  They will be selling for a little while longer and then have tables everywhere.  Then I'll pick up a couple boxes.

It's OK that I am ready for spring.  We have had 2 snowfalls here and that's enough.  I like warmer weather and all I get right now is warm days and cold days. I want consistency!

Well there you go that's what I'm OK with!  What are you OK with?

  1. I love this! As a mom I strive so hard for perfection, but it doesn't exist, and thats okay. I am enough. Thank you so much for sharing!

  2. I'm OK with being OK, as Brittany said "perfection doesn't exist" so I allow myself to be OK with who I am ♥ Thank you for the great reminder.

  3. I love the part where you didn't hear what your husband said while you watched Greys Anatomy! HAHA!
I'm ok with buying kids lunch from outside, if I can't manage a home cooked meal one day.

  5. It's ok so long we are happy and content with what we have!

I'm ok with Singapore's sweaty weather although all I want is to have 4 seasons a year with snowfalls in winter and fresh spring time like yours!! Haha we always take our weather for granted, don't we?

  8. Hehe, love these little things! I'm ok with the fact that we're already nearly at the end of January, because it means warmer days will soon be here. Bring on the summer! x

  9. I also prefer warmer weather. I hated it when we had a snowstorm in January, summers are so much more fun!

  13. It's never possible to be perfect!I mean, who would even hear when she is called when watching Grey's Anatomy? The season was so fantastic I've been re-watching it for I don't know how many times now!

  14. It's okay for me that I am binge watching series when I have so much work to do, lol. I really like this idea that nobody is perfect and sometimes its just good to say yourself that its okay to live your life for even the tiniest second once without worrying about the future!!

  15. I resigned myself to being perfectly imperfect a very long time ago. I don't aim to please anyone except my own self (or my parents when they were alive) so I have a relatively stress free personal life. I am OK with having a chronic disease and being unmarried and child free.

  16. This is so fun! I definitely should do this more often... I laughed so hard at the Grey's Anatomy reference I literally can't hear anything when I am watching my shows.

  19. It's ok that I missed exercise class this morning. I went five days this week and needed a sleep-in. It's ok that I forgot a bag of groceries at the store today. My husband was kind enough to retrieve them for me. x

  20. I did buy Girl Scout cookies! Well, my husband did at work. I can't wait to get them.

I watch Grey's too! My husband pokes fun of it and basically mocked it all during the last episode.
