Monday Motivation (Dinner Mealplans)
Since my week was off a little bit and I skipped Fridays meal and made it Saturday I have leftovers and will eat them tonight and plan the rest of the week after that.
I also have some leftover veggies bought for last week that I will use this week to avoid wasting anything. You will see meat this week as I am not a vegetarian but, do enjoy eating meatless meals sometimes.

Monday Motivation (meatless dinner mealplan)
For the last few weeks I have been sharing breakfast mealplans and this week I'm still sharing a mealplan but, a dinner one this time.
This week I'm going to make my family all meatless meals. Some of these recipes I have tried and obviously if they made this list they were tasty and successful the first go around.
I am not going to label my days because I do have to go to the store and pick up some ingredients so depending on what ingredients I have on hand and when I go to the store will vary this mealplan.

Monday Motivation (breakfast mealplan)
Let's do another week of breakfast. Breakfast meal plans are super easy for me. I usually have all the ingredients for multiple meals, it's one meal that is appreciated by everyone in the house and I like the start of a new day.
Monday: pancakes
https://pocketchangegourmet.com/old-fashioned-homemade-pancakes/
Tuesday: eggs and toast
No recipe necessary! Just keeping it simple. I would even make an omelet but, the little people won't eat that.
Wednesday: muffins
https://www.craftsy.com/cake-decorating/article/carrot-cake-muffins/
Thursday: coffee cake
This recipe is from my recipe box and doesn't use the Bisquick mix I have seen posted. It used flour.
Friday: donuts
https://www.lovefromtheoven.com/valentines-day-donuts/
There you go! That's what will be starting our mornings with! What is your morning plan?

Week 9 Recap and New Goals
Last weeks goals were not that difficult so why did I not succeed?
Because life happens and sometimes you just forget. You live in the moment and do something at hand. So let's try again.
1. Freezer wasn't done last week so I'll roll it onto this week. It's not really dirty as much as I want to get the ice build up removed.
2. I didn't get any outside cardio time in. I still hit the gym and exercised on some indoor cardio but I didn't get any fresh air.
3. I did finish book 5. Finally! So on to number 6!
4. I don't have a current dinner mealplan ready yet but, another breakfast mealplan is ready and will be posted tomorrow.
The crepes I made were a hit with the family!
I am extra motivated after a few good things happening last week and carrying over into this week. Good luck to everyone else on your upcoming week.

This week I'm so excited for my meals not because they are all new and offer a variety of different flavors but because I get Monday off and dinner out!
I did receive some vegetable special pasta that I will be incorporating into my meals if not this week next week for sure! We shall see how the family reacts to that!

November Goals
Goals are no more then a larger maybe even slightly more fun to do list. A list comprised of challenges, fun things or pain in the behind tasks. A new month is like a clean slate. Allowing you to start over or just carryover what wasn't completed the month before.
I sat down to think of my goal for November.
1. I just signed up to blog daily for a month and (so far I'm on the right track this is post 2).
2. Read 4 books which means I need to hurry up and finish the one I have right now!!
3. Continue with my weekly menu plans.
4. 100 miles of cardio (I will try not to make it all on my bike, that would be to easy). It's getting colder and I tend to shy away but now I'll be forced to get out there (and move a little faster I guess). This being day 2 and still at 0.
5. I would like to increase my numbers on my other social media platforms. Numbers mean different things to different bloggers. I won't bore you with my wish list but know that I appreciate all my followers.
6. I will actively look at presents (comparison shop).
7. Complete 2 DIY projects!
8. Volunteer
9. Keep up with our daily Thankful reflections.
10. Continue attending my social outings ( I have become accustomed to staying away from people). I am likely to start then stop attending. I am currently in a MOPS group, book club and a church group.
Ok I think 10 is a nice even unrealistic number let's see how that goes!
What's one realistic goal for you in November? Mine would be eating at least a slice of Pumpkin pie.
What's a I mean well but will probably not happen November goal? Mine are probably a few listed above.
Cheers to November let's keep the Pumpkin Spice Lattes coming!

Mealplan 10/31-11/3
It's a new week and time to eat! Last week our favorite meal was
Fiesta Ranch Chicken Pasta.
I have two days this week that I would like to specifically plan around. Halloween I want something quick and easy to get our dinner done so we can get out and about and Wednesday as well.
I did miss last week's Thursday meal as Chinese take out replaced that meal so that will be carried over as well.
10/31 Sausage
Spaghetti
11/1 Chicken
11/2 Breakfast
11/3 Crockpot
Two new recipes, and 1 crockpot meal. You can never go wrong with a crockpot meal! What at your dinner plans for the week?

Weekly Menu
So last week was all over the place. We ate at home we ate out, I might have even missed a meal. Throw in a day of leftovers and that pretty much took care of my week. So let's try again.
This week we are going meatless with an exception of salmon tonight! Couple meals are from allrecipes. I love that site but I do try and surf the net for different recipes.
Tonight's meal was salmon patties with and side of spinach.
