I had heard of teeth whitening but never considered trying it because I thought it was too complicated, too expensive and maybe should be left to the professionals. I however stepped out of my box and decided to give it a try.
First off being able to whiten my teeth at home is great. I hate going to the dentist so this is huge for me. The instructions were easy enough to follow that came in the kit.
I just had to make a mold of my teeth, send it off for a retainer and wait a couple weeks. Send it back in a prepaid envelope was easy!
When I received my retainer it was time to get down to business. It was so easy to add the solution then relax and let it work.
The process does not need you undivided attention. Pop your retainer in and read a book, take a bath or catch up on Housewives of somewhere. Benefits to a custom try are.
I do drink coffee but not daily, I do not smoke and thought my teeth were not that dull before but do see them as being brighter after a few weeks of treatment.
Results will vary as does the amount of times you whiten.
